Logistics & Trade Finance

How we structure every shipment.

From load port to landed delivery, every Perach Minerals shipment follows the same disciplined framework — documented Incoterms, bank-confirmed payment, and independent inspection.

Trade Terms

We sell under two Incoterms® 2020 terms, selected per shipment:

CIF
Cost, Insurance & Freight
Perach arranges and pays for ocean freight and marine insurance to the named destination port. Risk transfers to the buyer once cargo is loaded onboard the vessel at the port of loading.
FOB
Free On Board
Perach delivers cargo onboard the vessel at the port. From that point, the buyer arranges and pays for ocean freight and insurance to their destination.

CIF or FOB Incoterms® 2020. Payment via Irrevocable Confirmed Letter of Credit from Top 50 Global Banks.

Payment & Trade Finance

Perach Minerals transacts via Irrevocable Confirmed Letters of Credit issued by Top 50 Global Banks. An irrevocable LC cannot be amended or cancelled without the consent of all parties; confirmation by a second bank adds a further payment guarantee independent of the issuing bank. This structure is designed to give both counterparties certainty before cargo moves.

Shipping & Port Operations

Cargo is packed and loaded at the Port, in standard 20ft/20-tonne containers. Each shipment is independently inspected and assayed at the port of loading prior to departure, with results issued alongside standard shipping documentation — bill of lading, packing list, certificate of origin, and certificate of analysis.
